Linking Existing Candidates to Companies

Instructions

To Link an Existing Candidate to a Company, please follow the steps below

  1. Open the Candidate record by double clicking on the Candidate or right click and click on ‘Open’ 
  2. Click on the ‘Company Name’ field drop down 
  3. A new window will open, allowing you to locate a company record
  4. Click on the Company you want to link the Candidate to
  5. Click “OK”
  6. Click on ‘Save & Close’
