Exelare Email Sending Formats

Instructions

Exelare is extremely flexible when it comes to email integration.  You can use Exelare to send emails using the Exelare native email format, or using the Outlook native email format.  There are advantages to both and the option you choose largely depends on what you feel most comfortable with, and which features are most important to you.  If you prefer using Outlook to send emails, use Outlook mode.  Outlook mode will allow you to use the fonts, signatures and other features you are already familiar with inside of Outlook.  Using Exelare Mode allows you to use the built in email window and utilize features such as email templates and email stylesheets.  You can always switch between the two modes whenever you would like.  Either mode will ensure the email you are sending is linked to the appropriate contact or candidate in the database.
