Full Email Integration at Server Level with systems like Exchange 365, Gmail etc

Integrate Incoming and Outgoing Email with systems like Office / Exchange 365, Gmail, Yahoo etc - please see www.context.io for further info on how this can be done.

There should be functionality that allows us to exclude specific people by email address. I don't want personal communication from my family to get saved in Exelare.

It should exclude communication that is intercompany only. In some cases we may not want communication included.

I agree. the world is going to the cloud and 365 and other components make if far more convenient for mobility. it would be nice to have the features of the current outlook add in incorporated into 365. Or at least the important ones like Parsing and adding email contacts to candidates and contacts.
