Companies
All
Displays all company records in the database, both Active & Archived.
Active
Displays only Active company records in the database. Meaning only records that have not been Archived.
Archived
Displays only Archived company records in the database. Meaning only records that have been Archived.
Contacts
All
Displays all contact records in the database, both Active & Archived.
Archived
Displays only Archived contact records in the database. Meaning only records that have been Archived.
Active
Displays only Active contact records in the database. Meaning only records that have not been Archived.
Recently Added
Displays contacts added to the database in the last 30 days only. Contacts are displayed in reverse chronological order, with the newest created contacts at the top of the view.
Daily Call List
Displays contacts only with active Call records linked to them. Only Calls that are scheduled for today, 24 hours in advance, or calls that are scheduled in the past but have not yet been marked as 'Completed'. Completing or Deleting the Call record linked to the contact will remove the contact from this view. Contacts with calls more than 24 hours in advance do not show up in this view. Calls scheduled with any user in the database will be included.
Daily Task List
Displays contacts only with active Task records linked to them. Only Tasks that are scheduled for today, 24 hours in advance, or Tasks that are scheduled in the past but have not yet been marked as 'Completed'. Completing or Deleting the Task record linked to the contact will remove the contact from this view. Contacts with Tasks more than 24 hours in advance do not show up in this view. Tasks scheduled with any user in the database will be included.
My Daily Call/Task List
Displays contacts only with active Task or Call records linked to them. Only Tasks or Calls that are scheduled for today, 24 hours in advance, or Tasks/Calls that are scheduled in the past but have not yet been marked as 'Completed'. Completing or Deleting the Task or Call record linked to the contact will remove the contact from this view. Contacts with Tasks/Calls more than 24 hours in advance do not show up in this view. Duplicates - Email
Displays duplicate contact records, based on two or more contacts having the exact same email address.
Duplicates - Name
Displays duplicate contact records, based on two or more contacts having the exact same First Name & Last Name.
Hotlist
Displays contacts that have the 'Send Hotlist' Checkbox checked. Typically contacts that have indicated they would like to receive your candidate Hotlist emailed to them on a normal basis.
Joblist
Displays contacts that have the 'Send Joblist' Checkbox checked. Typically contacts that have indicated they would like to receive your Joblist emailed to them on a normal basis.
Candidates
All
Displays all candidate records in the database, both Active & Archived.

Received
Displays candidates that have been linked to a job as 'Received'. Candidates are linked as Received when they apply to one of your posted jobs, or by manually linking the candidate as received. This view will also display information from the job they are linked to such as JobID, Job Title, Contact Name & Company Name of the job. Only displays candidates that are linked to an Open Job.
Potential
Displays candidates that have been linked to a job as 'Potential'. Candidates are linked as Potential when they are manually linked to the candidate as Potential. This view will also display information from the job they are linked to such as JobID, Job Title, Contact Name & Company Name of the job. This can also be considered the Internal Submission to the Job. Only displays candidates that are linked to an Open Job.
Pipeline
Displays candidates that have been linked to a job as either 'Potential' or 'Received'. This view will also show the most recent Link Type & SubType, meaning you can know the current status of any candidate as it relates to a job. This view will also display information from the job they are linked to such as JobID, Job Title, Contact Name & Company Name of the job.
Pipeline Detailed
Displays candidates that have been linked to a job as either 'Potential' or 'Received'. This view will also show all associated Link Types & SubTypes, meaning you can know the current status of any candidate as it relates to a job, plus see the history of all previous Link Types & SubTypes. This view will also display information from the job they are linked to such as JobID, Job Title, Contact Name & Company Name of the job.
Duplicates - Email
Displays duplicate candidate records, based on two or more candidates having the exact same email address.
Duplicates - Name
Displays duplicate candidate records, based on two or more candidates having the exact same First Name & Last Name.
Hotlist
Displays candidate records that have the 'Send In Hotlist' checkbox checked. Often used to keep track of candidates who are 'On The Bench' or are considered a Most Placeable Candidate (MPC).
Jobs
All
Displays all job records in the database, including Open, Closed & Archived.
Archived
Displays only Archived job records in the database. Meaning only records that have been Archived.
Open
Displays only Open job records in the database. Meaning only records that do not have a closed date, and have not been Archived.
Closed
Displays only Closed job records in the database. Meaning only records that have a closed date, and have not been Archived.
Received
Displays only jobs that have candidates who have been linked 'Received'. Displays data from each candidate link in-line within the view. Candidates are linked as Received when they apply to one of your posted jobs, or by manually linking the candidate as received. This view will display information from both job and linked candidate records alike.
Potential
Displays only jobs that have candidates who have been linked 'Potential'. Displays data from each candidate link in-line within the view. Candidates are linked as Potential by manually linking the candidate as Potential. This view will display information from both job and linked candidate records alike.
Pipeline
Displays candidates that have been linked to a job as either 'Potential' or 'Received'. Displays all calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) in the database, both Active & Completed. Displayed in a list format.
Active
Displays only Active calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) in the database. Meaning only records that are scheduled in the future, or records that have not yet been completed. Displayed in a list format.
Daily Call List
Displays only calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) that are scheduled for today, 24 hours in advance, or that are scheduled in the past but have not yet been marked as 'Completed'. Completing or Deleting the calendar record will remove the record from this view. Calendar records more than 24 hours in advance do not show up in this view. Day
Displays the current calendar day, and all associated calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) scheduled for that day.
Work Week
Displays the current calendar work week (Monday - Friday) and all associated calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) scheduled for that work week.
Week
Displays the current calendar full week (Sunday - Saturday) and all associated calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) scheduled for that full week.
Month
Displays the current calendar month and all associated calendar records (Calls, Meetings, Interviews, Events, Others) scheduled for that month
Sent Mails
All
Displays all emails sent through Exelare since the database was created.
Sent Today
Displays emails sent through Exelare in the past 24 hours.
Last 7 Days
Displays emails sent through Exelare in the past 7 days.
Last 30 Days
Displays emails sent through Exelare in the past 30 days.
Last 60 Days
Displays emails sent through Exelare in the past 60 days.
More Than 30 Days
Displays emails sent through Exelare that are older than 30 days.
More Than 60 Days
Displays emails sent through Exelare that are older than 60 days.
Tasks
All
Displays all tasks in the database, both Active & Completed. Only tasks where the UserID is the same as the logged in user.
Active
Displays all Active tasks in the database. Meaning any task that has not yet been completed. Only tasks where the UserID is the same as the logged in user.
Completed
Displays all Completed tasks in the database. Only tasks where the UserID is the same as the logged in user.
Daily Task List
Displays active Tasks. Only Tasks that are scheduled for today, 24 hours in advance, or Tasks that are scheduled in the past but have not yet been marked as 'Completed'. Completing or Deleting the Task record will remove the Task from this view. Tasks more than 24 hours in advance do not show up in this view. Only Tasks assigned to the logged in user will display.
