Making Candidates a Contact and Vice-Versa!

Often, it would be necessary to make a Candidate as a Contact or Vice-Versa. In Exelare, you can copy a Candidate as a Contact or otherwise.

How to copy a Candidate As Client?

Please do the following:

1) In Exelare, under Candidates folder, select (or highlight) a Candidate ( whom you wish to make a Contact).

2) Click on "Settings" Image: https://exelare.uservoice.com/assets/191004097/z%20-%20settings2.png

(gears icon at the top right corner) -> Advanced -> choose "Copy Selected Candidates to Clients".

3) If you see a popup, click on OK.

NOTE: You can do vice-versa to copy Client to Candidate. Please refer to the below screen shot on how to copy a Contact As a Candidate.
