Refresh Static Views ← Knowledge Base Static views created by other users will be reflected under the username instantly just by refreshing the Static Views list.1) Simply right-click on any of the static view tree and choose "Refresh List of Static Views".2) Expand the username to see the new / all static views added by that user.
