Sending a Single Email
Instructions
To send a single email to any Contact or Candidate, please follow these steps:
Hint: You can also send an email to a contact through the Job. In this case, the contact receives the email as intended but the email is also linked to the job in addition to the contact.
- Locate any Contact, Candidate or Job Record
- Right Click and select 'Email to ...' – OR – Click on the 'Send' drop down and select 'Email' – OR – Open the record and click on the ‘Email’ hyperlink
- A new Email window will pop up
- Change your Stylesheet, Template and Signature if desired (Defaults will appear automatically).
- Choose any additional recipients using the ‘To’, ‘CC’, and ‘BCC’ Buttons
- Once your email is ready, click on the ‘Send’ Button
