Sending a Single Email

Instructions

To send a single email to any Contact or Candidate, please follow these steps:

Hint:  You can also send an email to a contact through the Job.  In this case, the contact receives the email as intended but the email is also linked to the job in addition to the contact.

  1. Locate any Contact, Candidate or Job Record
  2. Right Click and select 'Email to ...' – OR – Click on the 'Send' drop down and select 'Email'  – OR – Open the record and click on the ‘Email’ hyperlink
  3. A new Email window will pop up
  4. Change your Stylesheet, Template and Signature if desired (Defaults will appear automatically).
  5. Choose any additional recipients using the ‘To’, ‘CC’, and ‘BCC’ Buttons
  6. Once your email is ready, click on the ‘Send’ Button
