Adding to Static Views (Saved Lists)
Instructions
To add a Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record to a Static View, please follow the steps below
I) Add Selected (i.e Highlighted) records to Static View
- Locate any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record. Hint: You can select multiple records at the same time
 - ‘Right Click’ and select Static Views > Add Selected Items > Pick Static View
 - A new window will pop up
 - Locate the desired Static View
 - Click ‘OK’
 
- Search for any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record.
 - ‘Right Click’ on any searched record and select Static Views > Add Searched Items > Pick Static View
 - A new window will pop up
 - Locate the desired Static View
 - Click ‘OK’
 
- Locate any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record. Hint: You can select multiple records at the same time
 - Simply drag-n-drop the selected records onto the desired Static View.
