Adding to Static Views (Saved Lists)

Instructions

To add a Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record to a Static View, please follow the steps below

I) Add Selected (i.e Highlighted) records to Static View

  1. Locate any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record.  Hint:  You can select multiple records at the same time
  2. ‘Right Click’ and select Static Views > Add Selected Items > Pick Static View
  3. A new window will pop up
  4. Locate the desired Static View
  5. Click ‘OK’
II) Add Searched records to Static view
  1. Search for any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record.
  2. ‘Right Click’ on any searched record and select Static Views > Add Searched Items > Pick Static View
  3. A new window will pop up
  4. Locate the desired Static View
  5. Click ‘OK’
III) Drag-n-Drop selected records to Static View
  1. Locate any Company, Contact, Candidate or Job Record.  Hint:  You can select multiple records at the same time
  2. Simply drag-n-drop the selected records onto the desired Static View.
