Linking emails or attachments to jobs in the xbar to jobs that changed from active stage.
In xBar, it should be allowed to link an email or attachments to jobs that have moved from active. Rather than only being able to link emails and attachments to current active jobs, allow user to save new emails to old/closed jobs.

YES! I 100% agree with this! I have plenty of emails that I would like to add to jobs that are no longer active and have to go back and re-activate them in order to save them to just save the emails to the jobs. It adds a step that takes time away from my day. Tried saving email to documents of job but takes the same time as well. Would love to have the ability to search by job number, even if job is not active, in order to save email! Please work on adding this to the xbar
