Should I take probiotics every day?
Hello everyone,
I'm considering adding probiotics to my daily diet to support digestion and gut health. Many people seem to take them regularly, but I've also heard that results can vary depending on the individual and the specific strain of bacteria.
Is it safe and beneficial to take probiotics every day survival race , or should I only take them when necessary?
