The ability to import resume from active Word doc.
The ability to import a resume you have open but is not saved to your computer.
This saves many unnecessary clicks such as saving the document, closing the document, Browsing for the document in Exelare, Selecting the document, then uploading the document by pressing the open button.

Just simply highlight the entire document (CTRL-A), then copy to clipboard, then simply do "GrabIT" in Exelare
