Make a rule that prevents users from accidentally opening the same candidate record in two separate windows (currently having a candidate's record open in two separate windows on one users desktop can lead to the user accidentally deleting information from the candidate record even if the user hits the save button within both windows). When navigating away from Exelare to perform other tasks, often times a candidate record you may have had open has found its way down to the task bar. Once the user has navigated back to Exelare intuitively the user clicks on the candidate's name within Exelare to reopen the candidate record window, however, rather than reopening the candidate record window you were previously making edits in, Exelare opens a totally separate and new window for the exact same candidate... this is a problem... it should just popup the window you already had open for the candidate.
