    How to Print

You can learn how to print from a USB or wirelessly-connected HP printer by following the steps below.

Select the file you want to print and open the file so it appears on your computer screen.
Press the Ctrl and P buttons on your keyboard at the same time.
    - Once the printing pop-up menu appears on your computer screen, select the printer you intend to send the job to.
If the printer is not connected, get help setting it up through the HP Printers - USB Printer Setup
For wireless printer setup and connection, get help connecting the printer wirelessly
    - If needed, modify your print settings. This step is optional.
    - Click the Print button on screen to send the job into the printer print queue and wait for the job to complete.

    Regards,
    Willjoe

    What is HP printer?

    Prepare the printer

    - Before you begin installing your HP printer, your printer must be unpacked, connected, and free of any protective material. You can do this as follows:

    - Unpack your HP printer and remove all tape and protective material from the inside and outside of the printer. Check the manual to be sure you don't miss any material.
    - Plug in the power cord to power the printer. Turn the printer on and choose the correct language on the screen.
    - Add a stack of paper. Note: with some models you have to clamp the paper between 2 plastic sliders that you push inside.
    - The printer is now on, but isn't connected to a computer yet. In the following steps, we'll explain how to connect the printer
Install the latest driver from the HP Support website
Download and install the latest version of the full feature software.

NOTE: You can also use the installation CD if it includes the driver for your version of Windows.

    - Turn on the printer.
    - Disconnect the USB cable from the printer, if necessary. The software installation prompts you to connect the cable if needed.
    - Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads..
    - If a "Let's identify your product to get started" page displays, click "Printer", type your printer model number, and then click "Submit".
    - If you need to change the operating system, click Change, select your version, and then click "Change".
    - Download and install the HP recommended driver or software available for your product

    Regards,
    willjoe
