Customized desktop remains unchanged after system updates
I suggest that there should be a way for our customized desktop (the way we lay out the columns on our Candidates screen) remains unchanged after system updates. At this time, the columns go back to their default order/position.

Most of the resumes uploaded are not showing under consultant column in reports, it showing in Others column, kindly correct it

Add Folders for Email Templates in Outlook Addin
We regularly use Templates within the Exelare Outlook Addin. RIght now, we have several dozen templates and we must scroll through the list to find and select the appropriate one. Many of these are specific to certain Clients or parts of the recruiting process. It would be ideal if we could create folders so we could sort the templates as appropriate.

"Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)"
Within the active candidate view, you should not have to click "Get Item Count" to see the "Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)". It should show the total number of pages available and not default to 1.

Candidate-Contact-Company - Cross Association with Employment dates
Example: When you perform an advanced search for candidates - The search can identify in the facet section on the left - How many candidates and contacts worked at the same company at the same date
EXAMPLE: Search for a Project Engineer - Company = Monsanto, Kraft, Exxon, Dow, Abbott = Facet shows 4 contacts and candidates that worked in the same company at the same time -WHY?

Other software developers offer a text trail/thread or an incoming option sent to a WEB URL where the incoming message is received within the software rather than having to go to your email to look. I don't think Exelare does that but it would be a great feature saving you time of accessing email every time you want to view the incoming messages. That way they could tie the mobile number to the name in the database and you would know right away who the message is from.

I'd like to be able to click on a candidate in a report and go to that candidates record.
When searching reports for candidates that are linked to jobs, I'd like to be able to open the candidates record from that area as opposed to open a different tab, and all the other nonsense that goes with it.

SUBMIT CANDIDATE FEEDBACK
The most time consuming event in any recruiters life is getting feedback after submitting a resume. It would be excellent if a simple Feedback Icon could be included on the candidate submit email form that would allow the hiring authority to reject, approve or request interview of a candidate that you submit. It could either generate another email or bring up a web form for the feedback or interview request.

Design Candidate hyperlinks for email that open in exelare
When emailing co-workers about candidates, it would be great if there would be a way to include a hyperlink that automagically changes focus to the active candidate record in Exelare.
I can't visualize the programming involved in such a feature, but that would be pretty slick ;)

Control T to schedule a task associated with currently highlighted job, client, candidate, etc...
I would like to be able to schedule tasks with a keyboard shortcut. I like to move quickly and clicking 3 times with the mouse to do a simple task like creating a task seems excessive.

"Select" button for searches
While qualifying candidates from a search, it would be nice to be able to select the ones you like quickly while scrolling down the list, then after you are done filtering though, THEN select the activity that you wish to perform on the "selected" items within the search: email, merge, delete, mark as "whatever"...

INTEGRATION WITH OFFICE 365 EMAIL - PARSING AND CONTACT CANDIDATE CREATION
I would like to suggest that you incorporate some of the Exelare Outlook Add-in features from outlook email to OUTLOOK 365 EMAIL. This is Microsoft's Cloud computing solution for Office and the way the world is going for the future I would like to specificity request that Parsing and Adding email contacts to make candidates and contacts be incorporated. This will allow enough functionality to switch to Office 365 and still have the benefits of integration with Exelare.

I would like to speak to someone about a basic credentialing module. A lot of Healthcare staffing companies can use this feature.
You have the key components. Credentialing allows you to put an expiration date on documents that you attach. Then you auto email the candidate about the upcoming expiration at time intervals (i.e. 90, 60, 30, 15, 10, 5...) Allowing them to upload the new document would be extremely nice but just reminding them and someone internal would be awesome with a document expiration report that could be run. Call me for more info but if you had this feature, a lot of Healthcare staffing firms could really use your product exclusively

You should add a "Not Equal To" Search so you can eliminate certain records from a search. <>
Allow you Search to eliminate records by a "Not Equal To Value or Phrase". For example. If I search for all Records that have a value in the Category Field = to "Employee" but then want to eliminate from that list all Records that have a Group = "1099" , I have no way of doing that currently.

Create an -Apply Email Rule to all Contacts at Company- button
Lets say you have created a company record for 'ABCDEFG Company' and you have then imported the names of 10 contacts who work at ''ABCDEFG Company' and you have now linked their names as contacts at the company. Lets say you only have John Doe's email address, but you notice the format of John Doe's email address to be john.doe@abcdefgcompany.com. So you can reasonably assume the email addresses of the 9 other contacts follows the same format firstname.lastname@abcdefgcompany.com. Output Candidate Record to PDF
Ability to output the candidates record including Qnotes to a PDF. The reason is to have the ability of emailing the candidate record to another recruiter outside of your company for the purpose of doing split business and sharing candidates.

Record Revenue
It would be nice to be able to record revenue on a placement and then be able to report on that revenue by recruiter and account. This does not have to be a separate Module. It could be included in the Job Record when a job is opened with another field in the Job Record for $. Then a simple single report that can show revenue by recruiter and the account. Later enhancements can be split calculation and a graphical report for dashboard. From a competitive standpoint, other ATS's have this ability.
