Automatic Calendar Sync with Google Calendar and/or Outlook
Need some way to sync up my Exelare calendar with my Google Calendar and/or my Outlook Calendar. It needs to be automatic, not a sync button. Would be best if the calendar could sync both ways, but at the very least have Exelare push calendar details to my calendar app of choice.

I'd like to be able to click on a candidate in a report and go to that candidates record.
When searching reports for candidates that are linked to jobs, I'd like to be able to open the candidates record from that area as opposed to open a different tab, and all the other nonsense that goes with it.

You should add a "Not Equal To" Search so you can eliminate certain records from a search. <>
Allow you Search to eliminate records by a "Not Equal To Value or Phrase". For example. If I search for all Records that have a value in the Category Field = to "Employee" but then want to eliminate from that list all Records that have a Group = "1099" , I have no way of doing that currently.

INTEGRATION WITH OFFICE 365 EMAIL - PARSING AND CONTACT CANDIDATE CREATION
I would like to suggest that you incorporate some of the Exelare Outlook Add-in features from outlook email to OUTLOOK 365 EMAIL. This is Microsoft's Cloud computing solution for Office and the way the world is going for the future I would like to specificity request that Parsing and Adding email contacts to make candidates and contacts be incorporated. This will allow enough functionality to switch to Office 365 and still have the benefits of integration with Exelare.

Interview Confirmation Email
When scheduling an interview for a candidate, have a check box "Send Interview Confirmation" - When checked it will spawn an email to the client contact and candidate with date and time information template email.

cBiz should be in the https://www.privacyshield.gov/list list so the cloud solution would be compliant with GDPR.

Add Folders for Email Templates in Outlook Addin
We regularly use Templates within the Exelare Outlook Addin. RIght now, we have several dozen templates and we must scroll through the list to find and select the appropriate one. Many of these are specific to certain Clients or parts of the recruiting process. It would be ideal if we could create folders so we could sort the templates as appropriate.

qnote templates
We use the qnotes for date stamped notes frequently. Most of the time we write a few common phrases. It would be nice if qnotes had some buttons to click on and you could edit what information goes into the qnotes when you click on those buttons. 3/4/5 buttons. Like signatures.

Email Tracking - when opened, how many times etc
I use an Add-in in Outlook called Contact Monkey, which allows me to see when clients and contacts open emails I send from outlook. I can also see how many times they have opened them. It allows you to strike while the iron is hot! Some sort of integration with a tool or built in feature in Exelare would be great. Unfortunately to use this feature I have to forego the Resume Submission feature and cc the outgoing mail dropbox to have the emails stored in cBizOne/Exelare.

If you use their servers on your Outgoing Mails, you can login to their Dashboards & see the clicks, opens, etc… It isn’t build directly in to Exelare, but you can still get those stats if you want. Please email marketing@cbizsoft.com if you would like more info on how this works.
We will consider integrating it more tightly in the future if we get more requests for this as well.

Record Revenue
It would be nice to be able to record revenue on a placement and then be able to report on that revenue by recruiter and account. This does not have to be a separate Module. It could be included in the Job Record when a job is opened with another field in the Job Record for $. Then a simple single report that can show revenue by recruiter and the account. Later enhancements can be split calculation and a graphical report for dashboard. From a competitive standpoint, other ATS's have this ability.

Go back to instant updates of a candidate file without refreshing. We had this right before last update
Since the last live update in Exelare, when we change information in the user field and save and exit to go back to the list view we were working in, the changes do not show up on the list view without refreshing the list like it did before. We would love it to go back to instant updates in the list view once you save and close a file!

Output Candidate Record to PDF
Ability to output the candidates record including Qnotes to a PDF. The reason is to have the ability of emailing the candidate record to another recruiter outside of your company for the purpose of doing split business and sharing candidates.

SUBMIT CANDIDATE FEEDBACK
The most time consuming event in any recruiters life is getting feedback after submitting a resume. It would be excellent if a simple Feedback Icon could be included on the candidate submit email form that would allow the hiring authority to reject, approve or request interview of a candidate that you submit. It could either generate another email or bring up a web form for the feedback or interview request.

Drop down menu selection to change candidate to client and vice versa
When you right click on a name, Exelare presents a variety of options. Add the option in the list view and data entry More Actions menu to change a candidate to a client and vice versa.
