I would like to speak to someone about a basic credentialing module. A lot of Healthcare staffing companies can use this feature.
You have the key components. Credentialing allows you to put an expiration date on documents that you attach. Then you auto email the candidate about the upcoming expiration at time intervals (i.e. 90, 60, 30, 15, 10, 5...) Allowing them to upload the new document would be extremely nice but just reminding them and someone internal would be awesome with a document expiration report that could be run. Call me for more info but if you had this feature, a lot of Healthcare staffing firms could really use your product exclusively

Allow Sorting in Candidate Search + Auto-Search/Alerts
It would be helpful to be able to sort by the date a resume was uploaded/updated or by the job board, etc., instead by keyword match only.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to set up auto-searches and have the results sent to the user each morning (most of the job boards offer this feature).

Allow user to remove a job postings from a job board without actually deleting the job in Exelare
We only have 10 job posting slots in Monster and would like to be able to replace an older (active) job posting with a new one. When clicking the "Close Jobs" button on the Posted Jobs view, it actually closes the job completely. If the recruiter doesnt remember to go back and re-open it, everyone assumes the position closed and candidates are never submitted (big problem). There should be a way to simply remove the posting without actually deleting the job.

In xBar, it should be allowed to link an email or attachments to jobs that have moved from active. Rather than only being able to link emails and attachments to current active jobs, allow user to save new emails to old/closed jobs.

Incorporate Sovren's Semantic Search Engine for additional candidate matching
We really love Exelare and cBizOne and our company has been using it since 2007 in Australia. I have used many different recruiting tools over a 23 year career and believe this would make it a top performing product.
Many vendors have implemented semantic searching into their products which allow much better search results saving time and therefore money. We are at a disadvantage without this technology. Add Fields for a Contact or Candidate to reflect Board of Directors roles
Many of our Contacts and Candidates not only have their "day job", but they also sit on for-profit, non-profit and industry boards. I would be very useful to be able to connect them to those organizations in our database, in addition to the company they work for. For instance: When I look up Company X, I could see that Contact A, who is CEO of Company Y sits on the Board of Company X.

Within the active candidate view, you should not have to click "Get Item Count" to see the "Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)". It should show the total number of pages available and not default to 1.

Support for users in multiple time zones
System is currently logging activities in a single timezone, which means activities done in the same day are overwritten by users in a more eastern zone.
For example, recruiters in London marked candidates as 'Potential' at 4:30 pm London time (11:30 am NY). And the candidates were 'Submitted' at 12:00 noon NY time. However, the system treats the tasks as if they were performed in the same time zone. Thus the log records the timeline as 12:00pm SUBMIT, 4:30pm POTENTIAL. Meaning that the candidate's current status still displays as 'POTENTIAL'.

Daily Call/ Task List it would be nice to be able to change teh Start Date time on multiple candidates at a time instead of having to go int
Edit Start Time Task List/Call List in for multiple task at once instead of having to individually click on each task to move them to a certain date. For example right now if I have 20 scheduled calls and I want to move them to later in the week I would have to select all 20 calls/task individually and update the date instead of doing it all at once.
