  2. Allow user to remove a job postings from a job board without actually deleting the job in Exelare

    We only have 10 job posting slots in Monster and would like to be able to replace an older (active) job posting with a new one. When clicking the "Close Jobs" button on the Posted Jobs view, it actually closes the job completely. If the recruiter doesnt remember to go back and re-open it, everyone assumes the position closed and candidates are never submitted (big problem). There should be a way to simply remove the posting without actually deleting the job.

    Also, the list of posted jobs never accurately matches what is actually posted on the job board (monster) making…

  3. Support for users in multiple time zones

    System is currently logging activities in a single timezone, which means activities done in the same day are overwritten by users in a more eastern zone.

    For example, recruiters in London marked candidates as 'Potential' at 4:30 pm London time (11:30 am NY). And the candidates were 'Submitted' at 12:00 noon NY time. However, the system treats the tasks as if they were performed in the same time zone. Thus the log records the timeline as 12:00pm SUBMIT, 4:30pm POTENTIAL. Meaning that the candidate's current status still displays as 'POTENTIAL'.

  4. Add Fields for a Contact or Candidate to reflect Board of Directors roles

    Many of our Contacts and Candidates not only have their "day job", but they also sit on for-profit, non-profit and industry boards. I would be very useful to be able to connect them to those organizations in our database, in addition to the company they work for. For instance: When I look up Company X, I could see that Contact A, who is CEO of Company Y sits on the Board of Company X.

  5. Daily Call/ Task List it would be nice to be able to change teh Start Date time on multiple candidates at a time instead of having to go int

    Edit Start Time Task List/Call List in for multiple task at once instead of having to individually click on each task to move them to a certain date. For example right now if I have 20 scheduled calls and I want to move them to later in the week I would have to select all 20 calls/task individually and update the date instead of doing it all at once.

  6. "Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)"

    Within the active candidate view, you should not have to click "Get Item Count" to see the "Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)". It should show the total number of pages available and not default to 1.

  7. "Select" button for searches

    While qualifying candidates from a search, it would be nice to be able to select the ones you like quickly while scrolling down the list, then after you are done filtering though, THEN select the activity that you wish to perform on the "selected" items within the search: email, merge, delete, mark as "whatever"...

    Example: When you perform an advanced search for candidates - The search can identify in the facet section on the left - How many candidates and contacts worked at the same company at the same date
    EXAMPLE: Search for a Project Engineer - Company = Monsanto, Kraft, Exxon, Dow, Abbott = Facet shows 4 contacts and candidates that worked in the same company at the same time -

  9. Prompt users if they would like to include an Unsubscribe link

    Rather than automatically including an Unsubscribed link when emailing multiple contacts at one time, prompt the Exelare user if they would like to include the Opt-Out/Unsubscribed link when sending Bulk emails.

    It would also be helpful if Exelare did not prompt or automatically include the Unsubscribed link if a user is emailing less than 20 contacts at one time.

  10. auto Save or pop up box for qnotes

    its to easy to click off of qnotes - why not have it auto save or ask you if you want to save your notes.. so when you are on the phone with a client and they are asking about multiple candidates you dont click away losing evev click on another record you dont lose everything

  12. Design Candidate hyperlinks for email that open in exelare

    When emailing co-workers about candidates, it would be great if there would be a way to include a hyperlink that automagically changes focus to the active candidate record in Exelare.

    I can't visualize the programming involved in such a feature, but that would be pretty slick ;)

  14. submitting current candidate

    When I'm making calls on a candidate, I sometimes potentially link a candidate to 5 different clients before I submit him. When getting around to submitting the candidate, the hiring manager is screwed up all the time on the submission form. Can we please fix this?

  19. Add an additional personal email address for candidates

    We're finding that candidates are using multiple email addresses. A general one and then a unique email for their resume. Right now we have to ignore the work email and put the 2nd email address there. Have you considered adding a 2nd field?
