We only have 10 job posting slots in Monster and would like to be able to replace an older (active) job posting with a new one. When clicking the "Close Jobs" button on the Posted Jobs view, it actually closes the job completely. If the recruiter doesnt remember to go back and re-open it, everyone assumes the position closed and candidates are never submitted (big problem). There should be a way to simply remove the posting without actually deleting the job.

Also, the list of posted jobs never accurately matches what is actually posted on the job board (monster) making it difficult to know which jobs to "Close" to replace with a newer one. Very confusing.
