Greek Yogurt vs Plain Yogurt — what’s actually healthier?
I’ve been trying to clean up my diet and keep seeing mixed opinions on Greek Yogurt vs Plain Yogurt.
From what I understand:
Greek yogurt = thicker, more protein, fewer carbs
Plain yogurt = more calcium, more whey, smoother texture
Both have probiotics, so gut health is covered either way.
