XTabs Pipeline Item Count - candidate quantity vs. activity quantity
It would be awesome if in the XTab for Pipeline there was a way to differentiate between the number of candidates linked to the job & the number of statuses run on a job. Thanks!

One user login for multiple databases
If Exelare could create one login for person and then, like LIR, another login where you pick what database you want to work in and you could easily go back and forth between databases.

Go back to instant updates of a candidate file without refreshing. We had this right before last update
Since the last live update in Exelare, when we change information in the user field and save and exit to go back to the list view we were working in, the changes do not show up on the list view without refreshing the list like it did before. We would love it to go back to instant updates in the list view once you save and close a file!

Drop down menu selection to change candidate to client and vice versa
When you right click on a name, Exelare presents a variety of options. Add the option in the list view and data entry More Actions menu to change a candidate to a client and vice versa.

Support for users in multiple time zones
System is currently logging activities in a single timezone, which means activities done in the same day are overwritten by users in a more eastern zone.
For example, recruiters in London marked candidates as 'Potential' at 4:30 pm London time (11:30 am NY). And the candidates were 'Submitted' at 12:00 noon NY time. However, the system treats the tasks as if they were performed in the same time zone. Thus the log records the timeline as 12:00pm SUBMIT, 4:30pm POTENTIAL. Meaning that the candidate's current status still displays as 'POTENTIAL'.

Add Fields for a Contact or Candidate to reflect Board of Directors roles
Many of our Contacts and Candidates not only have their "day job", but they also sit on for-profit, non-profit and industry boards. I would be very useful to be able to connect them to those organizations in our database, in addition to the company they work for. For instance: When I look up Company X, I could see that Contact A, who is CEO of Company Y sits on the Board of Company X.

qnote templates
We use the qnotes for date stamped notes frequently. Most of the time we write a few common phrases. It would be nice if qnotes had some buttons to click on and you could edit what information goes into the qnotes when you click on those buttons. 3/4/5 buttons. Like signatures.

Customized desktop remains unchanged after system updates
I suggest that there should be a way for our customized desktop (the way we lay out the columns on our Candidates screen) remains unchanged after system updates. At this time, the columns go back to their default order/position.

Add Folders for Email Templates in Outlook Addin
We regularly use Templates within the Exelare Outlook Addin. RIght now, we have several dozen templates and we must scroll through the list to find and select the appropriate one. Many of these are specific to certain Clients or parts of the recruiting process. It would be ideal if we could create folders so we could sort the templates as appropriate.

"Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)"
Within the active candidate view, you should not have to click "Get Item Count" to see the "Page 1 of 1" count update to "Page 1 of (>1)". It should show the total number of pages available and not default to 1.
